Mr. Davies serves as Director of Field Operations & QA Analytics at LJP Construction Services. He was instrumental in the creation and successful deployment of our CaptureQA® app and is now in charge of the Operations Support Team as well as the setup and maintenance of our CaptureQA® iPad application and portal.
In his current role, he provides critical support to field team consultants across the US, performs quality assurance audits, creates and reviews templates for specialty reports, and manages spreadsheets which track scope of work for all projects by location.
Mr. Davies’ detailed approach and impressive talents have enabled him to build crucial performance indicators and analyze for patterns and key information, making him a valuable resource inside the organization and with the client base.
Mr. Davies worked at UBS Financial Services in Encino, CA, prior to joining LJP Construction Services, where he learned key business skills including communication and organization in order to create and meet time-sensitive deadlines and weekly goals.
He is a certified Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP) and oversees Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) reporting/coordination.
He graduated with a B.A. Degree from University of California, Irvine and is OSHA 30 certified.
