John Mendez brings over seventeen years of experience in Building and Construction Quality Control to his role as National Director. Mr. Mendez is in direct contact with clients, managing manpower, scheduling, and projects while training and holding accountable the Construction Consultants who perform the daily site visits.
John’s experience is comprised of nine years at LJP, prior to which he worked for builders such as David Weekley Homes, Crown Communities, and Standard Building Corporation, where he managed multiple residential communities and commercial projects, hired and trained construction personnel, and broke barriers in both customer satisfaction ratings and timely completion of projects.
John prides himself in having extensive knowledge of building code and providing the highest quality work for his clients by maintaining an excellent work ethic. He is Earth Craft Certified, Level 1-A NPDES Certified, 30-hour OSHA Certified and holds ICC B1, B2 and B5 certifications as well as being an FAA Certified Unmanned Aircraft System Operator.
Prior to his career in the Construction Industry, John served 10 years in the United States Marine Corps and received an Honorable Discharge at the rank of Staff Sergeant.
